An offline life for your videos
Record a moment on video — LASTORI keeps it and gives it an offline life: print a photo with a QR code, point your camera — and the video plays. The guaranteed copy stays on your own disk. Works in the browser, nothing to install.
How it works
Add photos and videos
Create an album and upload a video — with a photo or without. If there’s no photo, we’ll show frames from the video: pick one — the camera will use it to find the printed photo.
Get a QR code
When the album is ready, we’ll create its QR code. Print it and place it next to the photo — on a frame or a postcard.
Point your camera
When the QR code is scanned, the album page opens. Point the camera at the photo — the video of that moment plays.
Why LASTORI
Your files stay with you
Connect your Yandex.Disk — and copies of all album files (videos, photos, QR code) will be stored with you. The data stays yours: retrieve or delete it at any time.
Private access
Your videos cannot be found without the QR code: the album link contains a long random code that is impossible to guess. Search engines don’t index albums.
No need to wait
Processing runs in the background: upload a video and close the page. Come back whenever it’s convenient — the album will be ready.
Plans
Your plan sets the size of our space — the bigger it is, the more videos open quickly. A reliable copy of your files always stays on your own disk.

La storia — “the story”
Every moment is a story that lives offline.
Technology
- Augmented reality (MindAR + Three.js): the camera finds the printed photo in the frame and plays a video on top of it.
- The data the camera uses to find the photo is compressed and encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Only the encrypted file goes over the network — the viewer’s browser, not our server, decrypts it.
Privacy
- A video can’t be watched by a direct link: it plays only in AR — when the camera is pointed at the printed photo.
